We are now looking for a Customer Service Assistant who wants to help create a first-class customer experience – from the first contact to the completion of the assignment.

About the role

As a customer service assistant, you are an important part of the customer journey. You will have daily contact with our customers via phone and email, assist with bookings and changes, and follow up to ensure everything runs smoothly. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks and like to solve problems calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
• Provide information about our services and assist customers with ongoing matters
• Update and adjust bookings as needed
• Handle simpler complaints and case follow-ups
• Follow up on customer satisfaction after completed assignments
• Administrative tasks related to customer matters

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in customer service, booking, or administrative work (preferable)
• Communicates clearly and pleasantly in speech and writing
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and likes order and tidiness
• Has good computer skills and learns new systems quickly
• Is service-oriented, stress-resistant, and enjoys collaborating
